CMEL produces AMOLED panels of sizes ranging from 2.0 to 7.6 inch and its current AMOLED panel production for mobile devices includes small production of 7.6 inch products for photo frame, which is the largest size.
LG Display produced 2.2 inch and 3.0 inch AMOLED panels and established a record for producing the largest AMOLED panel in the industry: 15 inch AMOLED for TVs in 2009.
SONY made a small production of 11 inch AMOLED panels for TVs; TPO entered AMOLED industry by producing 2.4 inch AMOLED panels in late 2009.

Some companies are expected to start production of 4.0 to 10 inch AMOLED panels in 2010. SMD introduced self-developed 5.0 inch and 7.0 inch AMOLED panels in exhibitions; considering that most products introduced in exhibitions are likely to be commercialized within a year, one can expect to see SMD¡¯s 5.0 inch and 7.0 inch AMOLED panels in the market in 2010.
LG Display will produce 2.7 inch AMOLED panels for digital cameras and 4.3 inch AMOLED panels for portable TVs, which were showcased at a exhibition, in 2010. For mobile phones, the company will produce 3.0 inch WQVGA AMOLED and 3.5 inch WVGA AMOLED. Japan¡¯s Toshiba, Matsushita and Hitachi are expected to introduce OLED TVs with 20~40 inch OLED panels in 2011.
Among the new players in AMOLED industry, Japan¡¯s TMD is expected to start mobile AMOLED panel production in 2010; and AUO will start mobile AMOLED panel production as well in 2011.
